How did we get to where we are today?

Zdeněk Pavlíček begins his career in real estate as an employee. He went through various business fields to correctly understand the market and find his direction.

After several years of experience and market exploration, he has a clear vision of how to change the Czech real estate environment. He wants to bring the level of quality commonly found abroad and transform the way real estate business is perceived here.

OFIXIU is founded on January 23 as a response to the need for a high-quality and international real estate agency. We start with commercial premises in Brno and OFIXIU Business is created, but from the very beginning we have ambitions to expand.

Expansion abroad. The first contracts in Austria, we begin to look at other European markets and our ambitions know no boundaries.

OFIXIU Living enters the scene. We start strong; the first development project exceeds a value of 400 million CZK.

We are expanding our portfolio and starting to offer residential projects. Thanks to our contacts we help expand to the USA, Germany, Poland, Spain and Slovakia.
